Attempting to install a MAC agent

We are having an issue installing a MAC agent from the service install web page.  We are getting "Page cannot be found" when clicking the link for the LabTechZ.dmg file.  It is there, so not sure what the issue is.  We'll ask support and see what they say.

    Support directed us to some information regarding a package called MONO that apparently needs to be installed first. We'll look into that, but it seems a little hackish.

    It turns out that MONO is an open source project to implement .NET on MAC and Linux platforms. Ryan installed MONO on a MAC and was then able to install the agent which then checked in.

    It is a little cumbersome, but luckily we don't have many MACs to support so we will deal with it.
